      Airtel users can accces MakeMyTrip Mobile Internet by having Airtel Live!(WAP) activated and its settings saved on their Airtel connection.

      Airtel users can get their Airtel Live activated free of cost by calling their operator helpline number 121 and saving the settings send on their mobile.

  • How do I access MakeMyTrip on Airtel Live?
    • Please follow these simple steps to access MakeMyTrip on Airtel Live:
      Go to the 'Menu' section of your handset
      Click on the 'Go to web browser' link
      Click 'Airtel Live'
      Go to the 'Services - Travel & Ticketing' section
      Go to the 'MakeMyTrip' section

    • In one booking session, you can book tickets for up to 4 passengers.
  • Do I need to register at MakeMytrip.com beforehand for using this service?
    • No.
  • Do I have to enter my personal details every time I use this service?
    • No. You need to enter your personal details only for the first time you use this service. The next time you access the service, your details will be displayed automatically.
  • How do I make a payment?
    • Currently you can make payments using your credit card. You need to provide your credit card number, expiry date and CVV number.
  • What's the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?
    • CVV is an important security feature that reduces the risk of online fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession.
  • Is my credit card information secure and safe?
    • Yes. MakeMytrip is a secure application. It follows the best security practices and the most stringent safety protocols adopted by major online travel companies. Any information you enter when transacting with MakeMyTrip is sent in an encrypted format to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
  • Can I book international flights on MakeMyTrip Mobile Internet?
    • No. Currently, only domestic flights can be booked through this service. We would be providing more such services on MakeMyTrip Mobile Internet in near future.
  • How is the confirmation number or PNR sent to me?
    • A booking confirmation number will be displayed on your mobile screen at the end of a successful transaction. The PNR number would be sent to you on your mobile phone via SMS within 4 hours of booking and also to your email ID (Provided by you while filling up your booking details.)
  • I can't take a print out of the SMS. What do I do?
    • You can go to the airport and show the confirmation SMS at the airline counter at the entrance of the airport. They would take out a print and give it to you for checking in.
  • Can I book a round trip ticket?
    • Yes.You can book a round trip ticket.
  • Is it an all inclusive fare?
    • Yes. This is all inclusive and includes base fare, taxes and service fee.
  • Can I select any particular airline?
    • Yes.

    • Currently, you cannot. For any rescheduling/ cancellation, please call the MakeMyTrip helpdesk numbers.
  • What are the cancellation charges?
    • The standard MakeMyTrip policy for cancellation applies. (This policy may change from time to time. Please refer to MakeMyTrip.com for any updates.)

      Following is the currently applicable policy (23 Nov 07):

      For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. MakeMyTrip.com shall charge INR 250 per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the individual airline cancellation fee. All charges for individual airlines are below on per sector per passenger basis.
